P&G Gets Permanent Injunction in Antiperspirant Trade Dress Suit
April 27, 2007 -- The Procter & Gamble Company and HABA-Davion Inc. ("Davion") have signed a consent decree and permanent injunction that bars Davion from further manufacture and distribution of three private label antiperspirant products.
