Legal: P&G, McLane Settle Packaging Suit
February 14, 2006 -- The Procter & Gamble Co. and private label distributor McLane Company Inc. have settled a lawsuit filed by P&G that alleged trade dress infringement on four of P&G's brands. McLane and its subsidiaries agreed to redesign the packaging of the products immediately.
