Unilever brought an exclusive receipt scanning promotion to Walgreens that promises an unspecified $10 gift card via Fetch Rewards to shoppers who purchase $30 worth of qualifying products.

The promotion runs March 14 through April 10, and images of qualifying receipts must be submitted via the Fetch Rewards mobile application. Participating brands are Axe, Degree, Dove, Dove Men+Care, Nexxus, SheaMoisture, Suave, Tresemme and Vaseline.

Shoppers don’t need to reach $30 in only one qualifying purchase. Fetch tracks the qualifying dollars spent, and once users have submitted receipts totaling $30, Fetch awards them 10,000 points, which can be redeemed for a $10 reward of their choice or saved in their accounts for future use. Users can redeem the offer two times during the promotional period.

“We aim to provide our brands a platform that helps them win and reward shoppers wherever they elect to shop,” says Pat Burke, chief revenue officer at Fetch Rewards. “To that end, most of our work is truly retail agnostic. In this case, we worked with Unilever and found a creative way to honor that approach while at the same time supporting [its] relationship with Walgreens.”

Walgreens promoted the offer with a feature in its March 14 circular that also dangled special pricing and digital coupons on qualifying products.
