P&G brandSaver: September 2018
Procter & Gamble touted new products in the September 2018 edition of brandSaver, which contained up to $103 in coupons (depending on the market).
Distributed on Aug. 26 via Valassis, the stand-alone insert spotlighted new charcoal SKUs from Pantene, Head & Shoulders and Herbal Essences on the front page and an interior spread. Herbal Essences also received its own FSI spotlighting its detox black charcoal shampoo. The event additionally highlighted new SKUs from Crest, Oral-B, Olay, ZzzQuil, Febreze, Pampers and Downy.
In additional significant activity:
- Old Spice, Secret and Gillette joined for a spread using a back-to-college theme.
- An FSI for Gain touted up to $20.50 in additional savings available via brandsaver.com.
- Charmin, Bounty and Puffs offered Labor Day savings in advance of the holiday.
- The manufacturer also marked Labor Day by activating its "Made with American Jobs" program.
The event also had representation from brands Always, Metamucil, NyQuil, DayQuil, Prilosec, Fixodent, Mr. Clean, Gain, Dawn, Cascade and Tide.
