This fall, non-profit organization The BrandLab is auctioning off one-hour meetings with marketing leaders to interested representatives and vendors across multiple sectors including, media, social, agency, digital, research and print services.
As part of the BrandLab's Connection 2021 event, executives including Jay Picconatto of General Mills, Molly Kinsella of Best Buy and John Ostman of Jack Link’s will take meetings where professionals can listen and learn from each other at a mutually agreed upon date and time. All proceeds from the auction will directly support the BrandLab. Bidding for the auction kicked off online Sept. 30 at 9 a.m. and ends Oct. 14 at 7 p.m. CT.
The BrandLab Connection’s 2020 event garnered a total of 132 bids and raised more than $23,000 in support of the organization goal to create a marketing industry informed by insights from people across ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Today the nonprofit operates in two markets, Kansas City and the Twin Cities, with interest from Seattle, Milwaukee, Atlanta and other cities, according to its website. The BrandLab is supported by industry entities SellCheck, Marketinglab, RMI, GrayduckHealth, RAZR, irishtitan and Ogury.
