Albertsons Cos. is staging a continuity program at select chains awarding shoppers with stickers redeemable for cookware inspired by Fox Broadcasting Co.’s reality TV cooking show franchise MasterChef.

Shoppers earn one sticker at checkout for every $10 spent on qualifying purchases at select Albertsons and Randalls locations in Texas, between Sept. 9 and Jan. 12, 2021. The stickers are redeemable through Jan. 26, 2021, for free items from the MasterChef product line, which was developed by TCC (MasterChef’s global exclusive partner for loyalty campaigns) with the support from Endemol Shine (the production company behind MasterChef and MasterChef Junior).

A variety of violators positioned throughout the aisles of participating stores plug the offer, highlighting the steps to “Earn Free MasterChef Cookware.” At some locations, additional “Bonus Sticker Item” violators elevate private label and national brand products such as Nestle Purina cat chow and KNPC Holdco’s Kar’s Nuts. Select locations have also deployed an endcap resembling a stovetop to showcase some cookware and promote the offer. Take-ones touting the program are affixed to the side of the display.

Multiple circular features tout the offer and encourage shoppers to look out for shelf tags highlighting qualifying and "bonus sticker" items. Social media updates support.
